What our clients say

Yesterday I ate one of your pies for tea. It was mince and cheese and it was delicious. As I hardly ever eat pies I looked for a pie away from the ''ordinary' predictable labels, and found yours in the freezer of New World. The filling was gerenous, and the short pastry superb.
It is nice to receive a bouqet now and again isn't it instead of a brick, and I'm giving you a boquet.
(I am 80 years old and fit and well.)
Just want to let you know how delicious and well-priced your product is. It is so nice to be able to sell (and consume!!!) gluten-free products which are not laden with additives. I am not gluten-intolerant myself, my sister is, and we both agree that your product is the best that we have found.
CuisAnn now operates from a dedicated gluten free manufacturing facility at 1/57 Morrin Rd, Panmure, Auckland. It is a family-owned and operated business.
Ann Brockliss founded the company in 2002 at Otaika in Whangarei. It started as a small lifestyle business. Ann's daughter Angela joined CuisAnn in 2007 and helped grow the business nationally. CuisAnn was moved to Auckland in January 2013.
CuisAnn is now an approved supplier of Foodstuffs Auckland so CuisAnn products can be stocked by your local New World & Pak N Save stores in the upper North Island. We are also approved by Wellington Foodstuffs, and once the paperwork is complete, our products can be stocked by New World & Pak N Save stores in the lower North Island also.
Ann has always had a passion for natural health, and for a number of years owned her own health shop. Ann's mother was diagnosed as a Coeliac, and many people that Ann worked with through the health shop were looking to make dietary changes and become gluten free. The selection of foods available then, were in general, unappetising. After selling the health shop, Ann decided to follow up on another passion in life, cooking.
Over the years, Ann has developed a range of gluten free products with great taste, that are liked by everyone, not just Coeliacs!
The CuisAnn Team:
Ann has general oversight of the business and does all the office administration. She developed all the products. She also turns her hand to kitchen work as required.
Angela leaves the company soon to persue other career options. She will be sadly missed as her contribution to CuisAnn has been huge. We would not be where we are today if she hadn't joined the company. She will not miss all the pastry rolling at all!
Jo works part time and has been a key figure in generating the sales that have driven CuisAnn's growth. Jo has been connected to the Brockliss family for many many years.
Christina has joined the team since the move to Auckland. Her role is general kitchen duties. She is Ann's neice, so the family trend continues.
Liway San Deigo
Liway has joined the team as the pastry person. Her husband works next door so another family trend emerges.
CuisAnn is now supported by Independent Fisheries. Their reps are working the supermarkets to get our products in store and are looking after the products once they are there.
