Yesterday I ate one of your pies for tea. It was mince and cheese and it was delicious. As I hardly ever eat pies I looked for a pie away from the ''ordinary' predictable labels, and found yours in the freezer of New World. The filling was gerenous, and the short pastry superb.
It is nice to receive a bouqet now and again isn't it instead of a brick, and I'm giving you a boquet.

Just want to let you know how delicious and well-priced your product is. It is so nice to be able to sell (and consume!!!) gluten-free products which are not laden with additives. I am not gluten-intolerant myself, my sister is, and we both agree that your product is the best that we have found.

CuisAnn operates from a lifestyle property on SH1 just south of Whangarei. It is a family-owned and operated business.
Ann Brockliss and Robert Eady founded the company in 2002. Ann's daughter Angela joined CuisAnn in 2007 and helped grow the business nationally.
Ann has always had a passion for natural health, and for a number of years owned her own health shop. Ann's mother was diagnosed as a Coeliac, and many people that Ann worked with through the health shop were looking to make dietary changes and become gluten free. The selection of foods available then, were in general, unappetising. After selling the health shop, Ann decided to follow up on another passion in life, cooking.
Over the years, Ann has developed a range of gluten free products with great taste, that are liked by everyone, not just Coeliacs!
The CuisAnn Team:
Ann Brockliss
 Managing Director.
Ann has general oversight of the business and does all the office administration. She has developed all the products, and her main kitchen role now is research and development of new products.
Angela Brockliss
Manager.
Angela manages the day to day running of the business, organises the food shows, visits stores, and shares the general workload with Ann.
Jo Molloy
 Sales.
Jo works part time and has been a key figure in generating the sales that have driven CuisAnn's growth.
Robert Eady
Director and Maintenance
Robert has been an integral part of the growth of CuisAnn. In the past he did maintenance work and gave support to the business.
